Join a Safe Space for Couples backed by Science
Research supports that group‐based couple interventions can significantly improve intimacy, relationship quality, and psychological wellbeing (e.g., Ajari et al., 2021; psychoeducational group therapy, 2020).
Drawing from the Gottman Method, one of the most trusted and well-studied approaches in couples relational health, participants will learn practical tools to navigate conflict, build trust, and foster friendship and intimacy.
This group also integrates trauma-informed principles, creating a safe environment that honors each partner’s emotional history and nervous system responses. Through somatic practices, couples gain awareness of how stress and emotion live in the body, learning to regulate together and reconnect through presence and empathy. The group setting allows couples to witness shared struggles and successes, reducing isolation and increasing compassion.
In this 12 week process group, partners cultivate resilience, emotional attunement, and a renewed sense of partnership grounded in safety and mutual care.
